3-Violin G2 Intermediate/Advanced($40/class)

Violin- Wednesday In this class, Students will take on a challenging yet rewarding journey while learning the Art of Violin. Building up a strong foundation in Music Fundamentals is key to unlocking the joys of playing. This includes rhythms, ear training, note reading, posture, coordination, body mechanics and growing motivation through listening exposure. Developing proper technique is a necessity for producing any enjoyable tones on the violin. This is often the greatest challenge for students who are eager to begin playing already. We practice exercises disguised as fun games and activities, to help improve technique, gain coordination, strengthen fingers and provide vital skills needed for continued improvement. Surpassing this "Beginners bump" will require a bit of patience and practice, but with every new skill gained, self motivation skyrockets with endless possibilities! Learning violin may not be for everyone, But if you're a student with a desire and a dream to play beautiful music, then maybe it's time to give violin a try.  Purchasing your own instrument is highly recommended for success. Information regarding proper sizing and recommended sites for purchasing can be recommended by your instructor.
