5-Gymness Gymnastics G1 ($40/class)

At Gymness, our recreational gymnastics program for kids aged 5-10 combines fun, fitness, and
personal growth. Classes are carefully designed to enhance body awareness, balance, and motor
skills through age-appropriate gymnastics floor routines and engaging warm-ups. Led by U.S.A.
Gymnastics-certified recreational coaches, we prioritize safety and progressive skill development in
a supportive environment. Beyond physical activity, we focus on teaching important life skills like
discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship through teamwork and goal-setting activities.
